After Commuting from Tauranga for 4 years I finally moved permanently to Whangamata to work with the team at Ray White Whangamata.
Having been successful in Real Estate in Mount Maunganui and Papamoa from 1997 - 2000 and 2003 - 2008. The last 4 years were with a development company as well as a Real Estate company managing the developers Rentals and Selling Real Estate.
I have always taken pride in how I deal with each individual clients requirements and understand the need to have an honest and trustworthy agent, when buying one of the biggest investments in their life. One of the biggest challenges in Real Estate for me is to ensure my clients get the best possible price for their property when selling and get what they really want when buying.
I have two children, a daughter in Sydney who works in the art & design area and a son in the Waikato Dairy Farming, who has 2 boys Jayden & Kayleb.
My interests are Golf (Member of the Whangamata Golf Club). Walking, tramping, Rugby, Netball and any other sport. Keeping fit at all times and throwing is a little travel when work allows it.
Winter is moving on and has treated us pretty well apart from lots of rain. The Whangamata Golf course has been closed more than usual which meant my golf holiday was even more appreciated.I had a fantastic 2 weeks and now am settling back into work.
Real Estate seems to have picked up in general as first home buyers are taking advantage of the lower interest rates and lower prices. It's good to see some young people able to buy their own home.
